About the speaker
Gerrit Bouckaert is the Managing Director of Robert Walters Thailand & Vietnam. He has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry, spanning Europe and Asia.
Gerrit graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration from the Vlerick Management School in Belgium. Upon graduation, he joined a recruitment firm in Switzerland and specialised in recruiting for positions in the banking industry. He was later posted to Antwerp and received the opportunity to launch a new office in Ghent, where he was tasked with managing the finance and accounting teams in both cities. Since then, he has had the opportunity to launch and develop recruitment teams in India, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam.
