The average current hiring practises sees a recruiter spending 6 seconds on a resume review and only 5 to 10 minutes preparing for an interview. Most hiring persons centre around the candidates’ resume (experience, skills and education). Some go deeper and examine the values, interests and passion.
Using an approach referred to as “Head, Heart and Briefcase”, Pornthip Viphatanaporn will touch on the people behavior and their motivation leading to the organization solution with a holistic approach.
The Briefcase (resume) and the Heart (values, interests and passion) can change over time. The Head (behavioural drive and cognitive ability) doesn’t change, and it is crucial in terms of maintaining the Briefcase and the Heart at the needed level to see top performance, as the Head determines how well people are at learning new things..
At this workshop you will learn much more about the Briefcase, the Heart and the Head, including ways to evaluate all three and by doing so, ensure a better (ongoing) match between employees and employeer, which will improve the company performance, productivity and engagement.
About the speakers
Pornthip Viphatanaporn is the CEO of Talent Codex, a business solution provider and only PI certified company in Thailand. She was the MD at Grundfos for 25 years, where she had a high focus on Leadership Development, HR and Business Strategy. She is a lecturer at universities and is recognised as Thailand top 100 business women.
