About the speaker
Henrik Drud, International MBA, is the Founder and Managing Director of Rockets & Astronauts, a Management Consultancy, working with agile organizations (“Rockets”) and ambitious Leaders (“Astronauts”) specializing in the facilitation of:
- Agile Strategy Development and Implementation
- Executive Leadership Development.
Prior to Founding Rockets & Astronauts, Henrik was Managing Director of Arla Foods in Hong Kong. – Arla Foods is the World’s biggest Organic Dairy Company with a Revenue of 12 Billion USD annually. Henrik established the subsidiary in Hong Kong, and developed it to become a very profitable business with very high employee satisfaction in the 5 years he headed the entity. Being identified as a top talent internally, Henrik was also appointed as an internal strategy consultant globally with Arla Foods. Therefore, next to being the Managing Director in Hong Kong, Henrik was also responsible for facilitating Strategy development and implementation with Sr. Leadership Teams in Asia, America, Europe and Middle East.
