The neuroscience of employee engagement and why it matters
Executive Leaders of today juggle more responsibilities than ever – often with limited access to address their most pressing challenges and biggest opportunities with likeminded peers within the organisation.
EGN Thailand cordially invites you to join a small gathering of Top Executive Leaders and Senior HR Leaders from Bangkok based, large and medium size enterprises:
Wednesday, December the 12th 2018 at 07:30 to 11:00 AM in Bangkok
You get the chance to experience the value of a tailor-made peer network with confidential knowledge sharing at the highest level.
Our hope is to give you an authentic experience of the value you can expect to gain from EGNs peer network for Top Executive Leaders and Senior HR Leaders respectively in Bangkok, and introduce you to other potential peers, thus giving you a sense of the personal match and take-away for you and your company.
Workshop session: The neuroscience of employee engagement and why it matters to HR and business leaders
This workshop applies two emerging themes from social neuroscience to the area of employee engagement. First, employee motivation is largely affected by the brain's organizing but often unconscious principle of minimizing threat and maximizing reward. Second, social needs such as engagement at the work place are treated the same way in the brain as the need to eat or drink. By attending this workshop, you get a full copy of the research findings of NeuroLeadership Institute. You also participate in an interactive group exercise not only to discover best practices in employee engagement, but also to map them back to the true drivers of human social behavior.

NB The event is limited to 30 participants. Registration is required, and seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
