Members of our peer groups and meetings for Senior Finance Leaders are only experienced Senior Finance leaders with strategic responsibilities.
The first group is to be established within the next few weeks and members are mainly to be Head of Finance for large or medium companies. Titles include SVP, VP, Group Director, Senior Director, Regional Director and Director. All with full responsibility of Finance, either locally, regionally or globally.
Meetings and Themes
The groups have 6 physical meetings per year in a central Bangkok location, where the peer group members spar on concrete member challenges.
All 6 meetings are fixed a year in advance to assure our members can plan accordingly and hence ensure high participation level.
All meetings are run according to Chatham House Rule, meaning all the information shared is confidential. Members have signed a NDA as part of the membership contract.
The group members 100% decide on the agenda, including themes, and the professional EGN facilitator manage everything from the right speakers to the right venue, and of course the planning and execution of each meeting.
In addition, the groups work with personal leadership strategies and leadership development in general.
The Group Chair is Christopher Skouenborg the General Manager at Gallothai. His career has spanned many roles in Asia and Europe, with a focus on finance, manufacturing and general management. Having worked in companies at different stages of maturity, and with different strategic priorities, across many cultures, Christopher brings a broad experience and interpretation of the challenges and opportunities facing organizations today.

When we have received your application, you will be contacted by a Network Advisor for a more in-depth interview to find the right peer group for your managerial level and/or professional need.
All candidates must be approved by both the Chair and specific peer group members before joining a group. This is done both to match relevant peers and also to avoid private friends, customer relationships and competitors being placed together in the same network group and to help facilitate honest and fruitful discussions.
