Members of our peer groups and the meetings for Senior HR Leaders are only experienced Senior HR Leaders with strategic responsibilities.
As per start of 2019, members come from 10 different industries and 8 nationalities, something which means different background, experience and best practices and hence lots of new ideas and solutions - they come from companies like Pandora, Lyreco, Securitas, DKSH, Nestlé and many more.
Our Senior HR Leaders 1 are mainly Head of HR or People for large or medium companies. Titles include SVP, VP, Group Director, Senior Director, Regional Director and Director. All with full responsibility of HR, either locally, regionally or globally.
Our Senior HR Leaders 2 is soon to be established and will be for Head of HR or HR area from large or medium companies. Titles expected to be Director and Senior Manager level.
Meetings and Themes
The groups have 6 physical meetings per year in a central Bangkok location, where the peer group members spar on concrete member challenges.
All 6 meetings are fixed a year in advance to assure our members can plan accordingly and hence ensure high participation level.
All meetings are run according to Chatham House Rule, meaning all the information shared is confidential. Members have signed a NDA as part of the membership contract.
The group members 100% decide on the agenda, including themes, and the professional EGN facilitator manage everything from the right speakers to the right venue, and of course the planning and execution of each meeting.
In addition, the groups work with personal leadership strategies and leadership development in general.

When we have received your application, you will be contacted by a Network Advisor for a more in-depth interview to find the right peer group for your managerial level and/or professional need.
All candidates must be approved by both the Chair and specific peer group members before joining a group. This is done both to match relevant peers and also to avoid private friends, customer relationships and competitors being placed together in the same network group and to help facilitate honest and fruitful discussions.
