Terms of consent - Events
When you sign up for an EGN Event, you agree that EGN Thailand may contact you with additional information, by either email or phone, about the event in question.
We reserve the right to nullify event registrations and sign ups from individuals who do not match the target group of the specific event or peer group.
By signing up for the event, you also agree that EGN Group A/S may from time-to-time contact you with offers, news, email marketing, letters and calls via apps, social media, the Internet and other digital communication channels.
Furthermore, by signing up you understand and agree that:
- EGN Group A/S may collect and use data about you and combine this data with other information obtained from, for example, pixels and cookies for analysis in order to improve our services and technologies as well as displaying content tailored to your interests.
- EGN Group A/S may share data about you and your activities internally within the Group and with our working partners* and use such information to send you e-mails tailored to your profile.
- Your data will be stored by EGN Group A/S on our computers, and you can always contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding the information we have stored about you and your activities.
- If there are any other relevant products, partners or means of communication in the future, EGN Group A/S may use this consent to inform you and ask if you wish to update your consent or data about you.
- EGN Group A/S may use pictures, videos or statements from the event for any kind of marketing or other matters
- You acknowledge, accept and confirm towards EGN and the participants of the event that all information acquired or received by me regarding EGN or the other members hereof during the event shall be considered to be confidential information, which is not to be disclosed to any third parties except with the prior consent from EGN.
