Workshop session: The commitment and performance paradox
On traditional scientific measures of commitment and in most managers experiences, the Thai employees appear strongly committed to their work. Yet, the level of small everyday innovative improvements is lacking behind, and rarely happens unless they are supervisor driven. Further, younger talented employees have a high turnover rate. This workshop will provide you with reasons for above, as well as ideas and solutions to overcome the paradox.
