In recent studies, 91% of employees and executives believe that teams are central to their organization’s success and 90% of employees say they spend 1/3 to ½ of each working day in teams. Yet working in teams is often sub-optimal at best. Have you ever wondered how things would be if your team was functioning as a high-performance team?
Peter Cauwelier will share the result of Google’s internal research about what separates high-performance teams from average ones. During the interactive session, participants will reflect on how their own team operates and devise actions to move towards a high-performance team.
