    Workshop session: Cultural Intelligence

Effective leadership in a global world requires the ability to contextually adapt your leadership style. It is no longer enough to have intellectual smarts and emotional intelligence. In today’s global market you must also leverage cultural intelligence (CQ).

Join us as we explore how developing your CQ is essential for being an effective leader. You will learn how this important skill can positively impact your

    ·     effectiveness in leading in multicultural settings

    ·     overall productivity and business results.
