About the Speaker
Larry S. Persons is a bilingual leadership development expert specializing in multi-cultural contexts. He helps leaders in Thailand to navigate successfully between cultures to increase performance, productivity and financial stability. He is Director of Executive Development at JacksonGrant Executive and author of the groundbreaking book, The Way Thais Lead. Larry was born in Thailand and has exceptional command of the language and an insider’s understanding of Thai culture. He specializes in cultural intelligence, executive coaching, and winning the hearts of Thais in the workplace. He holds a PhD in Intercultural Studies and is a visiting professor of ‘Culturally Intelligent Leadership’ at Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University.
